What does UpFlux do?

UpFlux takes over the transactional work of procurement and healthcare inside the systems the company already uses, with a digital team: AI agents operated by specialists. In procurement, the agents quote, negotiate and place purchase orders in Protheus, Datasul or SAP; in healthcare, they audit 100% of medical claims and follow the patient journey in Tasy, MV or the payer's own system. Every amount recovered is measured and proven in RoAI.

Is UpFlux software or a service?

Both, and the client chooses the door. Companies that want to keep the operation in-house use the platform (Nous and the agents) as software inside the systems they already use. Companies that want to outsource hire UpFlux's new procurement BPO, where the digital team runs the purchasing desk.
