UpFlux is a technology startup that helps companies increase operational efficiency through Artificial Intelligence and Process Mining. Our purpose is to provide transparency and agility for understanding and improving workflows.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the password used to access our systems, and must notify UpFlux immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or unauthorized third-party access. We use tools from Google and WhatsApp for communication, analytics, forms and marketing strategies. Therefore, data such as phone and/or mobile number, ISP IP, geolocation, date and time of access, data submitted through our forms, and interactions on our social media are shared with Google, WhatsApp and Builderall.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided or collected, including compliance with any legal requirements.
