UpFlux, with the scope of committing to USERS to ensure the security and privacy of information transmitted and received through its website and applications, publishes its “PRIVACY NOTICE”, based on the principles of its commitment to transparency and respect for USERS. The term USER means any individual or legal entity that interacts, visits or uses any content published under the domain UpFlux.net. And other services offered by Smart Process electronically.

UpFlux is a technology startup that helps companies increase their operational efficiency through Artificial Intelligence and Process Mining techniques. Its purpose is to provide transparency and agility for the understanding and improvement of workflows.

We may have information in our database that has been collected by our clients and partners. In this case, we have no decision-making power over the data, we only act as an operator and process it as requested by our client or partner, who in this case, assumes the role of controller.

The USER is solely responsible for maintaining access password to our systems. They should promptly notify UpFlux regarding any unauthorized use of their account or any unauthorized access by third parties. UpFlux reserves the right to update, review, supplement or otherwise modify this “PRIVACY NOTICE” at any time and periodically and impose new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions on the use of the services offered through the channels mentioned above or interactions with its system, hereinafter referred to as UpFlux.
Therefore, we recommend that the USER periodically access the UpFlux website to be informed about these changes.
